Call forward using originatorcallerid

I am at wits end. I have a DVR set up, with a menu item set to go to an extension. That extension is set to forward to another SIP line.
I would like that SIP line to receive the original caller's callerid.

I have tried and failed with Twilio and VOIP.ms to manipulate the OriginatorCallerID in the From:User Part and From Remote Party

Does anyone have this successfully set up with a SIP provider?

Finding a provider that supports this is becoming increasingly difficult in the US with STIR / SHAKEN rules as providers are trying to comply and accepting a call with an unknown caller ID to them is not the best.
However you can check out our supported SIP Trunk providers page and find a provider that has "Clip No Screening Support" set to "Yes".
