Call History Feature : SMS

I would like to find other words to formulate it but @SyncWave has popularized the desired functionality very well ;

In call history from the web/desk client we have an icon to call back, add contact, delete. Would be handy if we could click SMS as an option.

I had this request from 3 clients.

In the same line of thought,
other customers asked for Click2SMS.
(SMS version of click2Dial)
