We have a client with current version Enterprise.
Just implemented both the failover servers (Amazon West and Central) and clustered SBC at their main office with 45 handsets (single SBC for 3 years).
Both are working well, communicating expactations was the toughest part.

This issue: one client only, has a Yealink T46S in office, but is working remotely most of the time right now, using their iOS device.
When registered outside the office the phone app shows old history - ends in November, this is now January.
When the iOS device registers from inside the office, they see up to date history.
Back outside, all that current history is gone, replaced with old history.

They have already re-installed the app (remove, reinstall) at least twice.
I have recommended the client uninstall, reboot, then re-install.

nothing in the extension configuration stands out...
Some of you may already know - when you export a list of users, it includes the phone configuration summary, as below for this user.
I have included for comparison another example user - all the other users history works fine on handset and on smartphone.

Anyone seen anything like this before? Thanks for any input.

@RadyAir I suggest you to open a ticket to our tech support, it looks like the client logins to different instances from inside/outside office, so a configuration check of your PBX installation would be recommended.

Interesting observation. we did push the 2nd instance of PBX with failover
That was in November.
The end user began experiencing the issue around this time.
Will post an update here after checking if she is connecting to the failover instance which would be quietly running a restore of the backup at the time it was set up.
