Call Journaling in Bitrix integration

Goof day, i`m using last(16) version of 3cx and i have some trouble with setup,
if look on this help https://www.3cx.com/docs/bitrix24-crm-integration/, in crm integration must will checkbox for enabe link call journal and contact creation, but on my page with bitrix options not present this checkbox`s, may be i looking to wrong side ?
my problem which pop-up contacts, it not work for me, in test of bitrix (search number) work ok and return me contact info, but how get it work in bitrix ?

If you don't have those settings, that's because you're in v15.5. Please note that v16 is still in alpha stage, so it's not recommended for production environments, you should use it for evaluation purposes only, in a testing environment.

In order to get the popup, which works in v15.5, ensure that you're using the 3CX Web Client.

i`m sorry, but can you link me to manual that MUST work, all that i have tried not work for me, Professional Perpetual 15.5.15502.6 License

You're in v15.5, so Call Journaling is not available. You need to wait for the final release of v16, which should take a few additional weeks...

i have sip-connector from bitrix , incoming.b24-2044-1548832304.bitrixphone.com, when i try enter it adress in inbound rules for some phone in field "Destination for calls during office hours " in "external number" i have mistake "invalid external number",

What i do wrong ? or it not work now and need only numbers?

That's not part of the integration with Bitrix. If you need to connect 3CX as a trunk to your Bitrix server, please make the question in the General forum.
