We have a scenario where the call forward settings need to be different for different status "Lunch" and "meeting" for an extension. These statuses are renamed as "Forwarding1" and "forwarding2".While the extension is in Forwarding1< Lunch> the call details are available for the call which was forwarded.But when the status is in "Forwarding 2"<Meeting> there is
no call details for the call which was forwarded while the extension is in this status.
Kindly help us with a work around for this
