I see some old threads about iPhone call park use. Does it work in the current iteration/version? If so how do you park and retrieve?

We don't have anyone on v20 yet but I think I read forwarding an extension to SP# didn't work anymore (?).

In the iOS client, on the keypad page, tap the magnifying glass below * to the left of the green off-hook/dial button. Type "SP3" or whatever number you need. It will show a "Call Sp3" link. There isn't a way to see if anyone is parked, or if you're parking someone (transferring to SP3) if someone is already in that slot...one needs to use the web client.

In the past, one had to use capital letters "SP."

Hi there. To see if I understand you correctly, you wish to send the call to shared parking and want to see if can use the keypad and type SP1 for example to send to call to shared parking 1?

My staff wants to place and pickup shared parking from the iOS app. They said it would also be very helpful to see when there is a parked call sitting there from the iOS app.

Earlier in this thread I see there was a way to type in SP. My staff will say this is too cumbersome and won't do it.

Another option if they have a computer is to run the web client and have its dialer control the “smartphone” app, and use the web client and/or its BLFs for parking.

Agreed it would be very useful to have BLF or park/unpark in the apps.
