Call parking "Called number does not exist?

Hi,

I have 3CX version 11 and Call parking and unparking works well through My Phone. I use Mitel SIP phones and call parking was working fine, but suddenly stopped.
I have called parked on orbit 0 and when I hit *10 on Mitel - it says "Called number does not exist".

I see parked call status fine, I also can use other Dial Codes on Mitel, except Call parking....

Is there a 3CX log? Does the *10 even get through to 3CX, or is the phone 'intercepting" it for some reason? When did the behaviour change, was something to the set or 3CX done? Is it just one set, or a number? Do any other "hard" phones work as expected?

None of the hard phones work with *00 or *10 dial codes, only my phone works.
Here is the log. I believe phone is trying to dial *10 number instead of using the dial code functionality.

I don't believe that Mitel sets have ever been officially supported by 3CX. I managed to get one model working a while back, but not well. the basic functions were OK.

You haven't yet mentioned the particular model. That might help if someone recognizes a model that they have worked with.

I'm wondering if the star codes are being intercepted as an internal function , by the set. I can only speculate that , perhaps something reset, and that is why it stopped working, unless you did something else with the set or at the 3CX end.

You didn't really answer when I asked if you are using any other make of "hard" phone, just that, no hard phone is working. Am I to assume that they are all Mitels, or that you do have another make/model in use on the PBX, that also stopped working. If that is the case, then it would tend to point to a 3CX issue and not the set.

unfortunately I don't have any other hard phones either then Mitel. I tried *1 code on Mitel 5340 and 5224 models and both models don't work, but I swear it was working last week. I agree that it seems that phone doesn't recognize parking dial code and trying to dial the number. I am at the point where I will try to buy a Yearlink device and test it with it, but I have over 200 Mitel devices I want to re-use.

I will appreciate any help in this direction.

Glad you got it up and running. BTW: I have 60+ Yealinks (mostly T38's) in use - and so far so good. Solid devices. Good feature set. And Gigabit switch with POE.
