Call pickup *20*

Does call pickup only pickup calls in your group or any ringing phone?

I believe any phone Though I'm not 100% sure......

There is a system flag, whether call pickup is limited to extension group or system wide.
Check also extension group rights.
You can also use specific extension 'nnn' pickup -- *20*nnn

I think it is global unless you have the option set to limit only to the extension group. SO, if you have extension groups established and the option is invoked, phones from within a group can only pickup from within the same group.
