Call Pickup and 3CXPhone

Suggestions please for the neatest way to implement a call pckup group where all the group members use 3CX Softphone. This is a v.12 only installation, and the users in this group don't have deskphones.

I'd prefer not to use the "presence" flyout as it uses up too much screen space, really, for anyone not doing a "receptionist" job.

We don't have the side-pods for the soft-phone any more - nowhere, indeed, can I see to sensibly provide BLF type input.

Can I hijack the "LINE5" (say) area and re-assign it as "Group pickup" ?

Not sure how you mean a call pickup group.. but let us consider a Ring Group object.
If you are looking for BLF, use the Presence Information button.. the first on the left.. should be able to see who is on a call, status, etc.

That may help what you are looking for, in terms of transfers but checking status first.
