Call pickup from granstream 2110 BLF

I am able to pick up a call if I type *20*Extno on the phone however pressing the BLF when the extension is ringing I recieve "no response" the BLF key is configured from the phone configuration pages as "BLF Call-pickup Prefix *20*"

Do I have this confugured correctly?
