Since the 3CX update of March 11, 2020, I can no longer attract calls to me. When a call is on hold with a colleague, I used to be able to forward it to myself by right-clicking on the call so that I could answer the call. After the update I only get the option 'hang up', but no more option to pick up the call. Can somebody help me with this issue.
