This doesn't seem to make sense based on what I'm reading.
The problem here is that we do NOT want to turn on "Show My Calls" and let everyone see the actual numbers that people are calling. We simply want OPERATIONS (!) to work.
Is this a bug, or is this how it is intended to work?
If it is not a bug, how can we allow Users in a common department pick up each other's calls without SEEING the number that each User is calling?
Updated to note: It does not matter if the Testing Department is the Main/Primary group for each User. If Show My Calls is not selected for User Three, then User One still cannot pick up his calls.

- Why can't a User in a Department who has "Operations" selected Pickup calls unless that User is ALSO given the "Calls" permission? [Calls also requires Presence permission.]
- Why can't ANY User in a Department who has "Operations" and "Presence/Calls" permissions turned on Pickup calls unless the TARGET User has "Show My Calls" turned on?
