I've upgraded 3cx version 12 to 14 recently. In the previous version 12, all incoming calls will route to ring group with prioritized hunt to user 1, user 2 and user 3. The user 2 can pickup the call by pressing user 1's red flashing BLF button if user 1 didn't answer to call for some reasons. However, after v14 upgrade, user 2 won't able to pickup the incoming call by pressing user 1 BLF button and BLF button just stay green ( no more red flashing). Anyone having the same problem?
