What version of 3CX are you running ?

When you say you do not have this function, can you see Call Queues within the management console

I am not 100% on this, Call Queue will need Pro or Enterprise license in V16.

@Arne Larsen there will be changes in the licensing but nothing is yet confirmed since V16 is still in Alpha and we would not recommend to deploy it in a production environment, currently its only for testing
