Hi

The log of each call , it should work here ( journals ).

*The log of each call is not appearing in CRM activities*

https://www.bitrix24.com/apps/?app=3cxplugin.Integration

  • Click to Call – Launch calls straight from the CRM application------>It is working perfectly

  • Call Pop-ups – The customer record is brought up automatically------->t is working perfectly

  • Call Journals – All calls are logged as call records in the CRM----------->It is not working.

Kindly help me

Thanks

Did you assign the extension number to your Bitrix users? That's how we map an extension number to a Bitrix user, and then we create the activity bound to both, the calling contact and the agent. This is described here:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/bitrix24-crm-integration/#h.sym7mpe3t9e2

In order to troubleshoot this, you need to enable verbose logs from the 3CX Console > Dashboard > Activity Log > Settings. Then make a call to reproduce the issue, and check the 3cxSystemService.log file, which will show all the interactions between 3CX and Bitrix.

Thanks for your kind reply @edossantos

In that case you should check the 3cxSystemService.log as I mentioned before, there you will see what's going on.
