Call Recording

Hi, is there any way to record external calls going through Voice Mail Menu?
I can record calls made to an extension.
But when a caller calls into the voice mail, presses 9 for more options and then presses 3 to dial an extension, the calls are not recorded. Anyway to record these calls?

hello,

do you have test option which said "record all of call" from this extension ?

if not today there is no mean to record call with physical phone, since voice mail, since soft phone it's possible.
