Call Report per country

Hi,

is there a chance to get a report for all countries codes at once? I want to figure out the amount of time we are calling wich country to select the best provider per country (or provider which covers them the best). Right now I would have to create a call report manually per country which is a huge effort as we are calling 159 different country codes.

I think the simplest way to do this would be to generate a Call Report as a .csv with the "To:" field set as "External Numbers". Then you could import the csv file to a program like excel, sort by country, and then make the required calculations.

Alternatively, you could create your own reports by processing the CDR files that 3CX can optionally create. When it comes to building custom reports, our 3CX Exporter tool can help. This tool can automatically process the CDR files and place the data in either SQL Server or MySQL. In addition, we can also replicate all the same data 3CX uses to create their built-in reports on a scheduled basis (default every 60 seconds).
