Call Report showing only 15 days

We are running 3CX v16 Pro... we have approximately 2000 calls every day and when running the call reports for one month duration, it shows only the last 15 days...

is this a standard behavior or how can I fix it?

Hi,

There is not data from before those 15 days in this case.

Have you recently reinstalled the server? If not then it sounds like someone purged call history 15 days ago.
