Call reports & recoording access to extension

Hi all,
I want to know how can i give rights to non admin user to download call reports or recordings without giving admin credentials,
i am running version 15.5.5

For a start you should upgrade to 16.6 Update 5 as 15.5.5 is in end of life. If you have 3CX application installed on IOS devices, these will not work shortly, needs to be on latest

Hi Brock,

Indeed you should upgrade soon because V15.5 is reaching EOL at the end of this month.

in V16 your would do it as follows under the rights of that specific extension. They can log in to the MC using the MC link (same as the admin uses) but using their webclient credentials.
