good morning.
some user report call interrupt after a while.
all other user doesn't have issue, and firewall checker pass succesfully.
what i've notice is thati have terminating 487 message from port 5080.
what is port 5080?
where i have to look try finding the issue?

Port 5080 is used by the 3CX Tunnel service for internal communication with other services. That said, the message you observed may be unrelated to the issue you are experiencing so I'd suggest we first try to narrow it down by collecting additional information.

That said, please first provide the relevant information mentioned here: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/information-to-provide-when-requesting-help.67558/

Also:

• Is this issue always affecting the same users?
• If not, does it happen to always affect the same type of 3CX endpoints such as IP Phones behind an SBC, 3CX mobile clients, 3CX Windows clients, etc.
• You say that the call gets interrupted after a while, is the duration of the call always the same before it gets cut off?
• Does the call actually drop or do you simply stop getting audio with the IP Phone/3CX Client still showing that the call is in progress?

Note: 3CX endpoints that use the 3CX Tunnel are the following: 3CX Windows client(when remote), IP Phones behind an SBC, 3CX mobile clients(iOS and Android), bridged 3CX PBX with tunnel enabled. If the affected calls do not involve any of the above, then it is most likely that the message you observed is indeed irrelevant.

Hi Chris, thanks for reply.
We had a Profesisonal Annual 16.0.8.9 host on premise on windows server 2016.

untill now just a user report the issue, but i cannot exlude that sometimes it happens to other (i guess less frequently anyway). We had a trunk sip.
The user use windows client, and he report issue with 3cx extension (both on local lan, and external) or telephone numbers.
we had a single pbx, the extension are provisioned as local.
the audio stop, and one of the partecipant usually close the call.
the duration is random, sometimes few seconds, other few minutes.

Based on your description, it sounds like it is just the audio that gets cut off. That said, I would recommend digging a bit deeper by performing a packet capture when the issue occurs in order to determine if audio is being received and sent by the 3CX PBX. You could check our training material for more information on how to perform this type of troubleshooting(Slides 9-11): https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/videos/advanced/basic-troubleshooting/
Do bear in mind that you can click on the "Speaker notes" for additional information:

I understand the issue was only reported once, but if it does persist and you find a way to replicate it, you could use the above to hopefully identify the cause or at least narrow it down.

If you need additional assistance with investigating you could always contact 3CX Support.

thanks, it's absolutely my intention to get packet capture, hoping to replicate the issue.
thanks for help :)
