Call transfer problem (strange one)

Hello all,

Running 15.5 on a dedicated Windows 10 machine.

Phones are all Panasonic KX-HDV230

All settings are the same on all phones apart from the accounts.

On one phone, when a call is blind transfered, the extension makes a second call to the transfered number. This second call goes to the transfered numbers voice mail.

It does not happen when the opporation is reversed from the other phone.

I don't think it is a problem with 3cx as when transfered via the desktop client the call works as it should.

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried making blind transfers to other extensions from the same phone (Phone A) ?
Can other extensions make blind transfers to the destination phone? (Phone B) ?
