Call transfer with Siemens S685IP

I dont get it to work

Possible settings
Call Transfer

Use the R key to initiate call transfer with the SIP Refer method.: Yes No
Transfer Call by On-Hook: Yes No
Preferred Refer To: Original URL Target's contact info
Automatic Refer To: Yes No

What should I choose?

I have the same problem with 470IP....I'am solving it with Siemens Tech-Support.....

Hello, I have answer from Gigaser support, that transfers work ONLY from menu / transfer.
