Call webhook when sms received from a specific number with specific keywords in the message

I want to fire off some automations in Home Assistant when I receive an SMS from a specific number that contains specific keywords. I have SMS up and running on 3CX and the webhooks working on Home assistant. I assume the automation would be through CFD, but I just don't know how to start.

Not at all. CFD cannot handle SMS.

You will need to use your provider directly for this, either via Twilio or a proxy webhook.

Example: create a small script that takes the original provider's webhook, process it to detect the number and text, trigger your home assistant then forward the webhook to your original 3CX webhook URL. (Or use Twilio Studio.)
