caller id and outgoing call application

Hello! Help, please.
We launch the outgoing call application. The caller id "MakeCall" is sent to the provider(We check that), not the main trunk number "+7999******", so we get what is on the screenshot. How to send the correct number "+7999******" to the provider and make the CFD app work?


I also send the CFD log file↓↓↓, the cycle runs without errors (if I understand correctly).

This is not something that you can control from the CFD app. The only way to adjust what's being sent to the SIP Trunk is adjusting the parameters from the 3CX Management Console > SIP Trunks > Edit your trunk > Outbound parameters tab. From there you can specify which value you want to send for each SIP field.

The CFD cycle goes to the end and a makecall is sent to the provider. I am attaching a screenshot of the outgoing rule. I've tried everything and I don't know what's wrong!
My communication provider cannot change the rules at home, so I would have solved the problem long ago ..

In the end, I figured it out myself, everything works, post 1 from the forum helped. It is necessary to add and remove digits of the number in the rule, then the makecall grabs it, otherwise this does not happen. Who could even think of this? Just epic..
