caller ID disappears after parking.

When a call is put on park and then picked up, the caller ID disappears and only shows SP1 or SP2. i don't think they noticed it until i updated them to Version 20.0 Update 2 (Build 715 Release). Is there something that I can change on the PBX to make it still show. This seems to be the behavior whether call is inbound/parked/picked up OR outbound/parked/picked up.
