Hi everyone, I am having this annoying problem with Caller IDs,
We have 3CX Pro v16 Windows version.
I have setup Ring Groups with their own DDIs,
Inbound rules set to send these DDIs to correct Ring Group,
In the extensions settings of each member of the ring group I have added the Caller ID same as the Ring Groups DDI.
SIP trunk Caller ID has a different number.
Outbound Parameter is set to use Caller ID from the Extension settings.....
But for some reason once in a while when one of these users in the ring group calls someone, the other end see the Caller ID of the SIP trunk instead of the one set in the extension, it gets annoying when the person on the other end checks their call history and call back the number.... as as you can guess, it doesn't go to the correct Ring Group..
Any help advise will be appreciated.
