Caller ID via MyPhone Forwarding to Mobile

Hi All.

We have a Patton 4960 along with V10 and so far we like what we see in the whole package. What we have found in our continued testing is when an outside call is forwarded to a mobile device via MyPhone, the number always displays the virtual extension number of the trunk, not the originating number. Interestingly enough when the call comes from another internal extension to mobile via MyPhone, the full number is displayed. Has anyone else run into this same issue? Thank you.

Try changing outbound parameters for that trunk - 'from' and 'contact' fields, 'user part' to 'originating caller id', instead of 'auth id' (default).
