Hello, we receive calls from multiple international numbers like 00971 / 0020 / 00966 ... How can I make the caller ID to appear directly 971 / 20 / 966 ... I couldn't understand what should I write in the source pattern. If someone could please just tell me what to type.

Try this in the inbound caller ID reformatting:

Source: ^00([0-9]+)
Replace: \1 (or $1, not sure since it's been a while)

Could it be the CNAM appearing this way? The "display name". That would come from your provider and how they treat international calls.

I also have a question regarding the caller ID...but this is Outbound related. For our setup we wanted our business name to show up "RebelRaiders". So we entered a custom outbound caller ID parameter "RebelRaiders"<sip:[email protected]. (Number is just an example). However, the custom line will only allow the following RebelRaiders"<sip:[email protected] or
"RebelRaiders"<sip:[email protected].......It won't let you get the entire custom caller ID entered into the line so when we place an outbound call it shows up as some number in the United Kingdom (We are in the USA) or some out of state number with a 404 area code. How can we get the entire line entered so it shows up correctly on outbound calls???

Regarding the Caller ID reformatting, @Frederick Marcoux had the right idea, but he gave you how this would be in pure regex.
The Caller ID Reformatting is explained here (similar to regex, not exactly the same though):

What you need to do to strip the '00' in front of the numbers is:
Source Pattern: 00(.*)
Replace Pattern: \1

If this doesn't work though, @Frederick Marcoux might have a point, that your provider might be sending the number in the "Name" field as well. The Caller ID only reformats the Number, not the Name.
