Caller pulled back to 3CX voicemail

If an extension has a Status of Away and that Away rule is set to ring a mobile number, how (or can) that call be pulled back to the 3CX voicemail of the extension if no answer? We want voicemails to be managed by 3CX. I've test the Rebound feature and it sort of works. Just looking for other ideas if they exist.
