CallerDisplayName Order does not match PHONEBOOK_LAST_FIRST

Hello

the variable of %CallerDisplayName% is set to [FirstName] [LastName]
the parameter PHONEBOOK_LAST_FIRST is set to 1
all the extensions are displayed in correct order of [LastName] [FirstName]

how can I change the order of CallerDisplayName?

I want to add a webpage under Integration and pass the displayname to but sadly it only works with [LastName] [FirstName] not the other way round
there is no API available

it would be great to have more than just two variables in the Integration pane
