CallerID on forwarding to mobile and siptrunk

Hi to all

I have a particular customer with strange ideas....
The situation is this:
1 trunk (Certified 3CX - Messagenet) with 12 numbers - clip no screening not supported by law (Italy) - is not a problem divide it on 12 trunk for rules
There are some extension with mobile number populated and forwarding rule to the mobile after x second only for internal.
He want when an extension call another and the forward to mobile is occured the cli on the mobile appear the original caller and not the extension with the forward rule.
Obviously the default caller id is the mainly trunk number for all calls.
How can I setup?

You would have to modify the trunk outbound setting(s) that "deal" with where the caller ID is taken. Each provider can have different requirements. Be aware that making changes can/will affect other calls, or stop all outgoing calls, so make a record of the current settings, before changing anything.

The problem is the forward to mobile, the call is made by the extension itself (ex 205 with mobile 3334545455 if I call from 201 to 205 the forward is made by 205 so the cid is the cid of 205 and not the 201’s cid)
Another question: how I can manage the cid?
I can choose for certain call (maybe with a code) change the cid?

i've found a solution!
ex extension 205 with mobile 3334545455
i've created a phantom extension (900) with no phones or other.
i've create a ringgroup (605) with member the phantom extension and after 1 second forward to mobile number 3334545455.
in the extension 205 after x second instead to forward on mobile i forward to ring group 605.
if on my extension 201 (with caller id xxxxxxx201) i call the extension 205 now on mobile phone i see the cli xxxxxx201 instead of xxxxxxxxx205!!!!!!!
