Yes its possible but it depends on a few things. First on the provider you are using and if that provider supports this functionality.so I am asking is it possible within 3CX and if so how?
I want to setup a common name to all, where about you set it up on the 3CX ?

Save your settings and give it a go. We cannot guarantee this will work but you can try it.
Note: Make a note of the initial settings so you can revert if this does not work or if it causes any other issues.
Check that your provider does support this and if they do ask them in which SIP header they expect the name to be sent.Doesn't work, i just tried, it shows only the phone number
