%%CALLERNAME%% in email template "Queue: call is lost" does not work

I want to add the parameter %%CALLERNAME%% in the email template "Queue: call is lost" but it is always empty.
%%CALLER%% to show the caller ID works fine. That doesn't make sense to me.

What am I doing wrong?

My assumption is that there is no variable %%CALLERNAME%% that is valid for that template:

Thanks cobaltit, I found that list of parameters too.

If this is the reason than I'd like to request someone from 3CX to make it available. Shouldn't be a big deal?!
