Hello,
I realized that when you intercept calls, the number/name of the called party does not change on phone making the call.
For example, extension 100 calls extension 200. Extension 300 intercepts the call from extension 200.
On extension 100, this indicates that he is calling 200 while he is in communication with 300.
Is it normal ? I tested this on T42S and T41P
