Calling out on incomming queue

Hello.

We are having this annoying problem at my office, that when people are entering digits to make a call, they are aborted when an incomming queue call is comming.

Another problem is that, we cant transfer a call to an extension when a queue call is ringing.

I hope you understand, and that someone has a suggestion how we can avoid this.

I am thinking, that maybe we can priority the outgoing call before incomming?
And maybe internal calls before queue calls?

Until you hit a dial key, or the phones internal dialplan has made a match and sent a SIP message, the set is considered idle and can receive a call. In many cases, members of a queue will have a separate like key for outgoing calls, and, if placing one, will make themselves appear busy (not available) to the queue until they have finished.
