Calling remote extensions

Hi All,

Odd one here, not sure if it's a V10 problem specifically, but I cannot make calls to remote extensions. Remote extensions register OK, and they can make calls into internal extensions and external numbers. Internal extensions can also call external numbers via our VoIP provider withy no problem.

Firewall checker reports all OK.

Will post log's if necessary, but thought it might be a simple fix.

on the remote extension profile within 3CX can you see if

Supports Re-Invite is enabled, if so try turning this off and test again and let me know how you get on.
