Calls drop on Transfer

We have an intermittent issue when we transfer calls from a Yealink T29G to another of the same the call gets cut off. both phones set to attended transfer. When the call gets answered the call is not there. I have checked, the call log, the call shows as not answered by the extension. Any ideas, have i missed something?

Check the Activity Log, for any errors, when the transfer is done. Does this happen when using the same extensions (to or from), or across all extensions? Are these local to the server, or remote? If remote...SBC, VPN , or STUN? Did this just start, or was there an upgrade?

Hi @leejor thank you, I will check the activity log. Appears to be all extensions, local server and local phone. Just started phones were updated about 4 weeks about with the latest firmware.

Did this happen to begin after the firmware upgrade? If you suspect it has, perhaps put one set back on the previous firmware, and see if there is a difference.

Looking at the logs it appears to be from Extn 10 to 11. Is this a normal event line?

I've seen "Device info: Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched " quite often when there are no issues happening, it's quite common in the logs.

@leejor I believe I have isolated one of the events logs, would you be happy for me to direct message the txt file to you?

You should probably just post it, so others can offer suggestions as well. If there are any public IP's, or persons names, just X them out.

Also have a customer reporting drop outs when transferring between T46S phones

My first suspect, if this began (suddenly) recently, would be a firmware change. Did this happen?

seems to be after v16, trying to update to 66.84.0.35 now to see if that helps
