Hi
We have a small voip setup which has been working well, I recently upgraded the PC and reset up our VOIP system and used a backup of the original system, everything seemed to be going well but on quite a few calls the call goes silent during the call and then returns after around 5-10 seconds.
I have been through all our settings and have double checked the port forwarding and open ports and I'm struggling to find the solution. I have even turned off the Windows firewall and that does not resolve the issue. I have also checked the quality of service and that also seems fine.
The router is a Draytek Vigor 2820 and 3CX is running off a Windows 7 PC.
Any pointers of what to look at that may give an indication of the problem?
I'd be really grateful of any pointers.
Thanks
David
