Calls on 3CX app are reporting as not answered

When a call comes in on the app and the user answers, they do not hear the other person on the other side. But on the caller side it goes to voicemail.

When I look in the call on the logs, it shows as Not Answered.

- When you make a call from the iPhone does the call work correctly with 2-way audio?

- Does the call counter start on the phone to indicate call was answered or does it fail to connect?

- the PBX is delivering the audio

- yes the call counter states on the phone

Ok so to recap, inbound calls = bad, outbound calls = good?

Hello,

we have same problem here...

when I call from a yealink to an extension with IOS App I see the call on the Iphone, try to answer, 3cx APP is connected but no sound and from the other side, the call try to reach the extension...

but when I try to call from Iphone (3cx APP ) to the yealink => it's ok
I don't understand why...

3 cx is on last version
iphone 11 IOS : 13.7
3cx app last version on app store

I had to update IOS to ver.14 and 3cx app to 16.1.4.56 so I don't know if it's working with the previous version of IOS (13)
