we have a simple 'click to dial' .net application that uses the makecall command via the calltriggercmd.exe.
Its a button that sends the phone number over to the windows 3cx client and initiates the call.
the makecall command has stopped working this morning - as in its not communicating with the local 3cx client
not sure where to start looking for answers - are there any log files?
