Solved can’t establish a connection to the server at x.x.x.x

I have installed 3cx couple weeks ago, and it's been working fine until last Monday when i lost access to the management console.
the services are working fine, but I cannot get any access to modify and change anything, I do not want to uninstall and reinstall again, as all my researches ended up with that solution,
3cx is installed locally on windows 10 Pro, version 1709, all Updated,
3cx is latest version, 3CX Phone System Professional
Firewall on windows pro all disabled, I have no Antivirus, and it's all used to work locally
Any Ideas?

Do you get an error when trying to login? Are all services up and running?

yes I get the error when I try to open the support portal, the services are up and running

Can you provide a screenshot of the error so we ca have a better understanding of the issue? Hide any sensitive info the screenshot might contain.

here is the error, i've tried more than one browser, same error happening

Try to access the server with the local IP and port 5000 from the local network and see if that works. It looks like port 5001 is closed on the firewall.

e.g. http://<local_IP>:5000

I've tried that, same problem.
and i don't have any firewalls on, it was working week ago

Have you tried accessing it from the actual server 3CX is installed on? Do you get the same error?

yes, I only access it from the server it self. the error still there

The issue was that the management console and Nginx service were not running on the server. Once we started the services the management console was again available.
