can get incoming calls to specific extension

Hi
I setup Fanvil with extension 500 tested can receive calls and make calls

took it to a customer office, I can make outgoing calls, but cannot receive calls

1. restored the phone to factory default
2. create a new extension 501
3. provisioning the phone with 501

can make outgoing calls , cannot receive calls

I setup grandstream GXP2160 manually I can receive calls and make outgoing calls

Any Ideas?

steps i did:
1. delete the phone from 3CX
2. restore the phone to factory default
3. set it up manually
4. setup the phone (Fanvile x7a) with call park SP1, SP2, SP3

Fanvile X7A is working fine and can park the incoming calls perfectly

new issue:
GXP2160 ( was setup Manually also) when pressing call parking need to hang up the call now, it doesn't do Blind call park anymore

trying to replace FreePBX with 3CX (there the call parking works fine)

Any Ideas?

Try to set it up using the 3CX provisioning and try again.

Also when you say you cannot receive calls on the Fanvil phone you mean from external numbers or do you have the same issue with internal extensions calling you?
How did you provision the phone? Are you using an SBC or STUN?
