Can I change different DDI number

Hi all, sorry but I am a newbie with a question that has probably been answered. I was just wondering can you have a list of different DDI numbers on the 3cx phone, say for example you are calling using different numbers can you change into the different DDIs in the 3cx interface. Sorry if this has been asked before, it was just I could not find the answer.

Hi,
Unfortunately you can't adjust DID shown (outbound caller id) from 3CXPhone. You could post this as a feature request on 3CX Ideas : http://www.3cx.com/ideas

Another thing you could do is having multiple accounts, with a different outbound caller id set for each (from Extensions / your extension / Other tab / Outbound Caller ID field) , then toggle one or another account.
