I have a question!
Can i receive calls from a number(sample +30.00000000) authorized 3cx supported provider (modulus) and make calls from my other call number(+30.0000001) which is in Cosmote (Greek provider(not 3cx official).

Is that possible???

Otherwise can I have 2 different SIP providers in the same SIP Truck?

You can have multiple SIP trunks on a server. If 3CX hosted they have to be supported/approved. You can set Outbound Rules and/or "Emergency Numbers" section (in General) to handle which trunk is used.

Yes this is possible. Just add 1 trunk for each provider and use them as you like.

yes i fix it. I receive calls ok now. but i still have problem with cosmote outbound call sometimes per day.

Do you get an error message when the call fails or an error prompt?

yes. usually "forbidden" , "internal server error" and "temporary unavailable". After this I go to SIP trucks and push "refresh Registration" and it work after some seconds. I make this 5-10 times per day. The sip "Cosmote" cannot find solution for this.

Is your trunk registration or IP based? If its registration based your reregistration interval could be too high and its causing the connection to be reset (usually if TCP based).
First check if the firewall checker passes and then see if the reregistration happens normally and within the interval specified.

i think is ip based! I add the cosmote settings in "Generic SIP Trunk" because this company is not in Authorized 3cx resellers.
Can I change any setting in "Generic SIP Trunk" ?

Also do you believe that if i change these settings
"Select which IP to use in 'Contact' (SIP) and 'Connection'(SDP) fields"

in "Local IP Address" and put the "Authentication" setting in my router it will work better?

Yes you can. The Generic template is just a collection of the most used settings. It does not guarantee that all providers will work with those settings.

I cannot advice on this as I do not know how your provider works and what is required. The only thing I can suggest is to use a supported provider to avoid having to guess these things.
