Can I host PBX with managed AWS server

I have been using managed Amazon AWS server which is powered by Cloudways from quite a time for the internal portal of my company as it takes away all the pain of managing the server through it's elegant platform. Now, I want to setup PBX Phone communication system which will be sinked with our online company portal. So, will PBX Phone communication system works fine with the managed AWS server or I have to setup AWS server through your PBX platform.

You will need an instance that is dedicated for 3CX, without any additional software added to it.

Please take a look at the below link to see how this is done, not sure if the fact that its managed by a 3rd party will affect you or prevent you from accessing it directly in order to install but you can also use our debian image directly if you build a machine through there.
