Can make outgoing calls from soft phone, but not Granstream HT801.

My apologies I'm a bit of a newbie here and trying to teach myself.
I've got the Outbound rules set and I can make and receive calls from the softphone (iOS app), but having just provisioned a Granstream HT801 ATA, I can receive calls, and call between extensions, but cannot complete an outbound call.

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

I think so but I'm very new to this so it's likely something very simple that I missed. When I make outgoing calls in general it works, just not with the phone with the ATA adapter. To be clear it's the first physical piece of hardware I've attached to the system, all other calls I've made were with the 3CX soft phone, which can both send and receive calls.
