Can Outbound Call also trigger CRM Integration?

Hi,

We have integrated our CRM with 3CX and have the templates working. However, it seems that the contact URL is only triggered when there is an incoming call. Is it also possible that the contact URL also opens for outbound calls? Not sure if we missed something.

It does not auto-open but the matching is still made so the contact icon appears beside the called number in the Webclient and Browser Extension.

Yes, if a contact was matched in the CRM, it will log the call as well.
