Any Help Much Appreciated

Hmm well that log is saying the call is working fine.
Have you check your SIP provider to see if they've got a problem on there side. i.e. just directly call without using 3cx?
Peronally when i get that type of message in 3CX its the provider which has a problem.

You can try calling other numbers landlines and mobiles to see if its just one type of number which doesnt work.
