Can SBC run on Windows Server 2008r2 / 2012 / 2016?

For our deployments with existing Windows Servers can we use them for SBC?

Can't see why not. Provided that nothing is stopping inbound port 5060 to the server

yes, however i HIGHLY recommend using a standalone raspberry pi 3 , much much more reliable. Not something fun learning the hard way : (
