Can we now have AI check & book appointments?

I have the latest version, Version 20.0 Update 10 (Build 1621 Alpha - AI 1.6.57)
Can the system have my customers call in and book an appointment and have it verify an open slot in my Google Calendar?
I posted something similar but it said it is coming. Not sure if this version is able to.
Anyone have any ideas?

Not yet. Soon. Wait for MCP Client inside 3CX. For now it's just an MCP to talk to the 3CX from other AI tools.

I can see MCP Clients in 3CX, as in my screenshot. If I hit add client, it just shows me my MCP Server URL.

This is actually the MCP server-side connection from the AI side (Client). The 3CX system acts as an MCP server that the AI client MCP connection uses to retrieve data from 3CX.

U10 allows MCP client to connect to it.

We also have on our radar the possibility to connect to other MCP endpoints - this will complete the circle.
